About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with years of experience and a broad base of Information Technology skills. This is an exciting time for IT at Canoga Perkins. We have recently engaged with a Managed Service Provider, and are in the early stages of moving servers and applications to the cloud. This position will drive these projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will need to have a firm grasp on both Information Technology and business needs.
Requirements
What you'll do
Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Manage and Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third parties.
IT security and governance
Monitoring IT efficiency
What we're looking for
Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies
Experience leading and managing large IT projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Exerience in project management
Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Networking, and SharePoint
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Demonstrated success in working in a highly collaborative and consultative team environment focused on addressing cross-functional issues
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and strong personal skills; Experience and proven skills in identifying and mapping business problems to complex technical/technology solutions.
