The Customer Experience Center (CEC) brings together multiple infrastructure leaders to create Private 5G Networks that allow for 3 major use case applications.

SyncMetra® is purpose-built to simplify the deployment, configuration, management, and expansion of private 5G networks for industrial automation, enterprise AI, and AR/VR applications and in our CEC, we demonstrate this!

What We Do
Our Solutions Architects work hand in hand with teams of partners and customers - they travel the world to collaborate in multiple labs, research current technological trends and deliver various types of network infrastructure solutions.
Our Product Development Team stages and tests our 5G Anyhaul Ethernet transport products directly in the CEC. We actively design, build, emulate, and stage customer/test networks in our current lab.

Private 5G Driving Simulation Powered by SyncMetra®
SyncMetra® unlocks new abilities to scale Enterprise AI deployments for a wide spectrum of inference-at-the-edge use cases, including sophisticated industrial training and gaming applications.
In this proof of concept, the operator uses high performance racing simulation to replicate industrial training. The network is configured to deliver Wi-Fi 6 quality of service, as the driver accelerates, turns the wheel and brakes, packets carrying the commands begin to build up, latency increases.
After configuring the network with SyncMetra and its 5G time-sensitive networking:

Our CEC emulates what it would look like if specialized training facilities and their integrators had the ability to configure and deploy single-server, on-premises communications solutions capable of delivering robust, mission-specific experiences to multiple free-moving participants.
Canoga's Customer Experience Center walks you through an ultra-reliable low latency AR/VR experience using a robotic arm and digital twin. We are delivering on reliability and guaranteed performance.
